Che` Wright

Che` Wright, a native of San Bernardino County, has immersed herself in entrepreneurship for more than twenty years. Her venture commenced at the age of 15 with the acquisition of her initial grant, marking the inception of her entrepreneurial journey as a community educator and advocate for the youth and young adults in her local area. Over the years, she has been actively involved in social enterprise and civic initiatives, offering services such as tax accounting solutions, grant preparation, and fostering business and community development. Additionally, she has organized a variety of community and corporate events, developed mentorship programs, and designed educational curriculum tailored specifically for underserved women, young adults and at-risk youth.
Crystal Harris

Crystal helps lead W.I.N with more than 20 years of expertise in human resources, strategic planning, project management, cross-relational management, coaching/training, and executive management. With exceptional communication, business growth, and public relations know-how. In addition to professional experience, she is actively involved in volunteer work. She serves on multiple boards, both for-profit and nonprofit, and has been a panel speaker to support underserved communities in the energy sector. Her dedication to giving back to the community has also led her to serve on the Chamber of Commerce and Workforce Development Boards, where she has helped schools and communities in various ways.


Lynn Summers
Board Member - Women Inspirational Network (W.I.N)
CEO- Summers Prep, Master Gardener
Lynn Summers is a farmer, entrepreneur, and master food preserver who shares her knowledge of food growing and preserving with the community through education. She believes in the integrated approach to the food web, which uses the whole product to reduce as much waste as possible. Before she started Summer’s Prep, she retired from Kaiser Hospital, where she worked for 30 years as an emergency room tech (EMS) and safety officer. There, she was FEMA trained and honed her skills in federal, state, and local regulation on emergency processes and how to prepare for disasters. Lynn has turned her EMS skills and her passion and certification as a San Bernardino County Master Food Preserver and Master Gardener into a fully integrated business that brings together farming, preserving, and survival skills. She is a county fair blue-ribbon winner for her jams and jellies and teaches regular classes in gardening and preserving at a local community garden. She is a member of the East Rialto Kiwanis, a participant in the Caravanserai Project’s SEED Lab for social entrepreneurs, and is currently studying entrepreneurship at California State University, San Bernardino.
Russell Ward

Russell Ward is a multifaceted professional with a diverse portfolio of leadership roles across various organizations. As a respected figure in the business community, he has made significant contributions to several boards and community initiatives. Currently serving as a Board Member for ALG, Turnkey Capital Inc., and NBG, Russell brings a wealth of experience and strategic insight to each organization. Russell is deeply involved in philanthropic activities. He serves as the Chair of the ADCR Foundation BH Parade & Backpack Giveaways in the City of Riverside, and the coordinator of the San Bernardino Beautillion & Debutante Ball where he dedicates his time and resources supporting underprivileged communities and promoting educational initiatives. Furthermore, Russell plays a crucial role in orchestrating community events that celebrate the achievements and aspirations of young individuals.
