Women's Inspirational Network (W.I.N) is committed to inspiring women and youth through meaningful programs, vocational course opportunities, and community engagement initiatives. W.I.N’s mission pays homage to the trailblazing women who have paved the way, mindful of the generation yet to come. Our desire is to bless our ancestors by ensuring a healthy, supportive environment for the legacy of our community’s women and youth to thrive in peace, love, financial stability and contribute positively to the future of our society. 

 

Our  History  

Established in 2016, the Women's Inspirational Network (W.I.N) emerged from the desire to inspire women and youth facing adversity in the Inland Empire area. Our important services of mentorship, vocational programming and financial literacy initiatives help to offer community resources that provide a nurturing authentic growth experience to those who are underserved.

W.I.N has been unwaveringly committed to a supportive network where women and youth can flourish. Through forging strategic alliances, pioneering innovative initiatives, and relentless advocacy, we have progressively expanded influence within the community.

Over the years, our organization has orchestrated various mentorship programs, empowerment workshops, and community events with the aim of encouraging individuals to live their life to their full potential. W.I.N created vocational courses as “college alternatives” promoting financial understanding to help combat hardships that cause basic life insecurities. Our initiatives use resources available to help create opportunities to change poverty stricken situations. 

W.I.N. is dedicated to inclusivity and diversity that serves as the synergy of our movements. We are committed to cultivating a safe environment where every individual we serve is embraced, empowered, and motivated to pursue their positive aspirations.
